When will my Riku be delivered?

Reservations are expected to ship in Q4 2025. Early backers (Pioneers and Innovators) will receive priority delivery. We'll keep you updated on the production timeline through regular email updates.

What's included with my pre-order?

Your Riku comes with the main unit, a starter set of 10 spice pods, cleaning kit, and a 1-year warranty. Visionary package includes an extra set of spice pods and 1-Year extended warranty.

How does the deposit system work?

For Pioneer and Innovator packages, you pay a $100 deposit now to lock in your discounted price. The remaining balance (plus shipping and taxes) will be due before delivery. Visionary package requires full payment upfront.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes, reservations are fully refundable. Deposits can be refunded at any time before the final payment is made. For Visionary package, full refunds are available within 60 days of purchase.

What types of dishes can Riku cook?

Riku specializes in one-pot meals including rice dishes, curries, stews, risottos, biryanis, and more. It can handle both traditional and modern recipes from various cuisines.

How much counter space does Riku need?

Riku has a compact footprint of 18" × 15", similar to a standard microwave. It requires standard 120V power and Wi-Fi connectivity.

What warranty coverage is included?

Riku comes with a standard 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and mechanical issues. Visionary package includes an extended 1-year warranty.
